Eligibility for Returns
We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- The product is defective due to a manufacturing issue.
- The product is expired, or has less than 30 days remaining before the expiration date at the time of delivery.
- The product was damaged during shipping.
- The product received is incorrect or does not match your original order.
We do not accept returns for the following reasons:
- The customer ordered the wrong product.
- The customer changed their mind or no longer wants the product.
How to Request a Return (RMA Required)
To request a return, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Order number
- Product name(s)
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photo(s) showing the issue (and packaging damage if applicable)
If your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is free of charge for items that meet the eligible return conditions listed above and have been approved with an RMA.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Please note: processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality assurance, we do not accept returns for items that are opened, used, or tampered with, unless the return is due to an eligible issue listed above.
