Returns & Refund Policy
1. Return Conditions:
- We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The product is defective due to manufacturing issues.
- The product was damaged during shipping.
- The product received is incorrect or does not match the order.
- Returns are not accepted if the customer ordered the wrong product, changed their mind, or dislikes the product.
2. Return Process:

- Provide your order details, a description of the issue, and photos of the product (if applicable).
- Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code and instructions for returning the product.
3. Return Shipping Fees:
- We cover all return shipping fees for eligible returns (defective, damaged, or incorrect items).
4. Refund Processing Time:
- After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
